Brief Answer:
Good chances of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Free fluid in POD suggests there is ovulation. This is good sign.

I don't see any reason to panic. You have ovulated well and there is chance of pregnancy.

Hope for the best.

Brief Answer:
Ovulation

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns about free fluid.

Free fluid in POD suggests ovulation in mid cycle. It is also present in beginning of cycle. These are most common reasons.

If it persists throughout cycle, in many cycle, There could be possible pelvic infection.

Hi Doctor,

Sorry that I am asking qts to you. But I really want a clear answer of my chances for getting pregnant. I have attached some old and even attached the latest reports, as I visited my doctor yesterday.

Can you also give me your valuable feedback after analyzing my all reports. The treatment that I have done so far was fine and my doctor told that this month also will be having the Ovulation process and even in her reports she has mentioned abt some swelling and ET unhealthy, no dominant folical what does that means.

I am little worried. I have done sperm analysis of my husband in May. Total spermetozoa count: 55 and rapidly progressive: 15 Sluggishly progressive: 20 and Immotile: 45, immature forms:1-2, PUS Cell: 3-4, Auto Agglutination: Not Present, Fructose: Positive. May be this all thing will even give you a clear idea to help me out.

I am once again sorry that I am taking your valuable time. Please understand my concern and help me out. A small thing the doctor has advised me to take Jaswand flower( Hibiscus Flower). She told me that in boiling water add this 4-5 flower and have it. Can you let me know is it good to have while planning a baby. What is the benefit for pregnancy.

Thanks,
XXXX

Brief Answer:
Normal Report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your and your husband's reports are absolutely fine. I dont see any reason to panic.

You are under wrong treatment I guess. Sorry to say, but in my opinion, the reports you have attached does not seem to be genuine. Ultrasound reports are not sure about PCO status and are mentioned as question mark ?? which is not correct. Endometrial thickness report is also conflicting. There are many spelling errors which makes us think if the reports are genuine, They even lack signature and qualification of person performing. Maybe consider having another opinion(perhaps another doctor) in this regard.

Your reports otherwise are good.

This says you are 93 kg weight. Please reduce weight if so. Reduction of weight might help you to conceive naturally.

Drinking flowers in water won't help.

Regards

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

There is nothing called unhealthy ET. The problem has to be specified. Dominant follicle means a good ovulation which is missing and can easily be treated.
