Question: Hello Doc. Attached are reports of my brother. The doctors here have suggested an immediate surgery. Can you kindly give your inputs and if we do go for asurgery, any complications we might have.

This is congenital Condition Present from Birth. This is a condition which cannot be cured by Medicines and Surgery will be needed sooner or later. Sooner the Better

Side Effects will be the same like any surgery in which General Anaesthesia is used. So, I would suggest you to proceed with surgery instead of getting confused too much
