I am currently on Levolve-Z and Tamsin and taking since last 4 weeks. My first reading before taking the above medicines was 4.79 ng/ml and after 2 weeks, it was 2.99 ng/ml and now today did another PSA and showing 1.89 ng/ml and i also did my urine routine and found that bacteria is present and also the pus cells 4-5, I have attached the urine routine and the CBC report for your review.

Brief Answer:
Continue medications for 2 more weeks .

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for following up .

Your recent PSA levels are showing downward trend which is a good sign and suggests improvement.

However presence of bacteria and 4-5 pus cells in urine still suggests mild infection, hence I would suggest you to continue the same medications for 2 more weeks .

Thanks and Regards.

thanks sir for your response. i talked to my urologist and he said that you should take levorun 500 and tamsin for 3 weeks. He suggested that my psa is normal but still infection left so start taking medicines advised by him. Where as my understanding normal PSA for 39 years old is .21 to 1.72 ng/ml.
