What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?

Question: my left testicle is pain( exact testicle) not side nerve to testicle, I also have pain in right testicle Nerve ( not Exact right testicle pain) and right Pelvic area(Pubic Hair area) , urogolist suggest nothing serious last week but my left testicle started pain today , my right testicle nerve pain got less by wearing under wear ( suggested by Health care magic). Is I have any STD is effecting , No pain in urine , No out breaks still some disease Hide and make Testicle Pain if so what are the diseases. what i should do to relief from Left testicle pain. Updated the reports Ctscan and Ultra sound (10 days back ultra sound).Please see CT scan last 4 lines important

Thanks for query.

Based on the reports that you have uploaded the pain in both the testicles and presence of Sclerotic bone spots in femur you seem to have are suspicious of metastasis from primary lesion (Tumor) mostly from some malignancy of Prostate and needs to be investigated further.

Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical and digital rectal examination and get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis:

1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Serum PSA.
4) MRI of pelvis
5) You will need to get Ultrasound or MRI-Guided multi-core Prostate biopsy to rule out any malignancy of Prostate.

Further treatment will depend upon the result of these tests and final diagnosis.

Thank you Doctor XXXXXXX here for me pelvic pain and testicles Pain(Left testicles pain and in V shape area Pain(groain and Pubic hair area between ). Today it started more.

Is it Epididymitis Chlamydia(STD) is hiding and making pain if so what are symptoms if I infect with Chlamydia. In report RPR qual is negative which you saw also so still Chlamydia may be in body if RPR Qual test is negative?

If chlamydia is effecting what I should use is antibotic Cifran 500Mg will cure or what medicine use.

There is no evidence of Chlamydia infection an any of the reports that you have uploaded .You can not have imaginary diagnosis based only on pain in perineal area and testicle which can occur with many other conditions .

Chlamydia infection usually presents with urethral discharge and severe burning while passing urine .

In view of positive findings of sclerotic spots in bones you have to think of secondaries in bones primary being from Cancer of prostate unless proved otherwise by doing all the investigations that I have suggested earlier .

my left testicle is paining some time(exact testicle pain( ball down pain) but right side testicle is not paining but the Nerve is pulling One line pain. why I am getting this pain.

I took yesterday- valacyclovir tablet and clavullin 625 and pain killer is this treat this pain testicle pain or no use.Please suggest

why my pain is coming right side nerve pulling kind of pain from jock area to testicle( testicle is no pain) but right side paining any exercise or tight underwear will help to relief from Pain?

Pain in Rt spermatic cord could be due to inflammation of speratic cord (Funicullitis)
Take anti inflammatory medications like Diclofenac twice daily .

Thank s doctor, Diclofenac tablet is not available in USA is any other same formal medicine available? I need prescription for this Medicine or I can pick this tablet over the counter ( with out prescription). I can go to doctor here and I should tell him to write this tablet.

Hi doctor, uploaded the PSa result and what we can find with this report.

Using Brufen and clavullin 625 from last 2 days not much change some what better,
Clavullin 625 using Helps these kind of pain? or Can I stop as I don't have other antibotics with me.

Please check the report and let me know what is my condition now.
yesterday and day before yesterday my left testicle got pain and gone after 2 hours.why left testicles pain why is it so and left side down scrtol some pain coming some time like neddle pusing and going away in 30 min.

today went to massage and told tangy pain and they did some massage at ingual area and got some relief , is it ok to do massage?

finally what i should do further any test or I need to treat with osme antibotics?

As regard your recent PSA report it is well within normal range and rules out Cancer of the prostate .

You need to consult qualified Orthopedic surgeon for Osteosclerotic spots detected in femur as reported in C.T Scan finding .

Do not neglect it and take it casually as you are concentrating on pain in testicles You have to be more concerned about these spots rather than pain in testicles .

You can continue taking Clavullin .

Hi Doctor, Went to Orthopedic doctor and doc told that Sclerotic Lesion is small and it wont increase further and these came long back in your body and because of these Lesions the Testicles pain is not related he said and took X ray for buttok and Hip and he said nothing find wrong and said every thing fine with Hip. He ordered MRI to see further.

What you suggest I am getting pain back low right side and Right Buttok when I sit and Testicles Right side beside testicle pain is there. What I should do to relief from pain.

otho doc prescribed 2 tablets - mathocarbamol and meloxicam for Muscle.
what you suggest why this pain came and it will effect any thing in furure?
Can I got general surgon to test early Hernia if possible?

When I hold my testicles Up I am feeling relax so is it some nerves supporting to testicles are week happened.

The opain in testicle and cord is due too inflammation of spermatic cord which i have already explained to you in my earlier comments .

Taking pain killers and Hetrazan twice daily and using scrotal support will help to relieve pain .

Continue taking medication prescribed by Orthopedic surgeon and get MRI done
