Brief Answer:
You can travel after taking precautions and avoid stress on cervical spine

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Your cervical spine shows degenerative changes at multiple levels.

2. There is minimal misalignment between C 3 and C 4 and C 4 and C 5 vertebrae at some positions and this is not a serious problem.

3. The C 6 vertebra shows narrowing which is degenerative change.

4. The moderate to severe foraminal narrowing on left side is due to disc degenerative changes. This can cause severe pain radiating to the left hand.

5. You can go on yor travel, however it is recommended that you take precautions not to stress your cervical spine. Please avoid making sudden neck movements. You should not carry more than 5 pounds weight in your hands. Movements involving raising the arm above the shoulder level should be avoided it you have pain.

A cervical spine MRI scan is suggested after consulting your doctor.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.
