Brief Answer:
You have to go for repeat test after 3 months.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome to HCM.

You had sex but RNA PCR at 11 as well as 21 days, rapid test at 28 days, P24 and HIV 1/2 combo test at 32 days all are negative then no need to worry at all as these results are more than 95% reliable and accurate. You are absolutely risk free and safe.

HIV2 is very uncommon in XXXXXXX so don't get feared or worried about HIV. As such the possibility of HIV is nil in your case but still you need to get tested at 3 months to get 100% conclusive result as per HIV international guidelines nothing else. For any query you can write to me again any time.

Thank You

Brief Answer:
These tests are nearly 100% conclusive.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Welcome back and thanks for follow-up.

RNA PCR as well as other rapid test is nearly 100% conclusive but still 3 months test is mandatory as per routine guideline because the window period for HIV varies from 15 days to 3 months.

You can go for western blot but it is also equally as reliable as other tests so allay the fear or anxiety of HIV as you are safe and don't think much for HIV 2 as it is very rare in XXXXXXX so be relaxed and move on in life happily. For any query write to me again.
