Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You require further investigation

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I have gone through the details. First of all you need to understand few things. If your breast mammogram and ultrasounds are normal, then most likely it cant be a cancer of breast, it is a benign lump in breast. Moreover a breast cancer is very unlikely to travel to groin nodes. In my opinion, you require following tests
A biopsy of groin node
If biopsy comes out to be positive for cancer, then a petct scan.
Hope u understand.
Feel free to ask further.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Get a breast lump biopsy done

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. If the breast ultrasound is normal, then get a biopsy from breast lump as well. Petct will be required only if the biopsy comes positive for cancer. Please share the report of mammography as well as usg.
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello. Biopsy is needed first

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. As i said earlier, please upload the report of mammography and ultrasound. If in case it shows cancer, then a biopsy is must to confirm it prior going for surgery.
Please revert back with reports
