What Do These Blood Reports Indicate?

Question: Hi
Yesterday got my blood reports and impression given by pathologist is mild anisopoikiolocytosis
2. Few neutrophils show toxic granulation with occasional showing vocoulation also.
What does this mean is it a serious problem can it be treated.

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Toxic granulation and vacuolation in neutrophil suggest some bacterial infection.
You may also have some bacterial infection.
Anisopoikilocytes suggest variation in size and shape of rbcs. Nothing to worry much about that.
You should take a course of antibiotics according to your symptoms of infection. You will get cured within few days. Nothing to worry much. Just be relaxed.
