What Do These Bilirubin And Creatinine Levels Indicate?

Question: Dear Doctor, I had lab tests done a few days ago and these were out of normal range:
BILIRUBIN DIRECT: 0.63 mg/dl (normal 0 to 0.3)
BILIRUBIN TOTAL: 1.72 mg/dl (normal 0.3 to 1.2)
BILIRUBIN INDIRECT: 1.09 mg/dl (normal 0 to 0.9)

LDL: 66 mg/dl (normal 85-130)

CREATININE - SERUM : 1.15 mg/dl (normal 0.6 to 1.1)
URIC ACID: 7.44 mg/dl (normal 3.5 to 7.2)

Total RBC: 5.58 x10^6/uL (normal 4.5 to 5.5)
RDW-SD : 47.1 fL (normal 39 to 46)
RDW-CV : 14.4 % (normal 11.6 to 14)
PLCR : 18.2 % (normal 19.7 to 42.4)

Thanks for writing to HCM

Major finding suggests mildly raised bilirubin level.It may be due to hepatitis etc.
You may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
You may need viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.
It is also important to know SGPT and SGOT level.
You may need few medicines after complete investigations.

Findings also suggests mildly raised uric acid.Initially you may only need diet modification.Avoid red meat and foods rich in purine.

You may also need vitamin D supplementation.Take calcium rich food also.

Other findings may suggest mild deviation.These are acceptable.
