What Do These HbA1c, TSH And CBC Reports Indicate?

Question: you gave me instructions regarding blood tests to test for the possibility acromegaly which I gave to my primary physician then you followed up with a email asking me if I have further questions. I gave all the information to my primary physician and she ran blood tests. She is very reluctant to refer me to a specialist. I will forward the results of the blood tests I have received to date to you. My doctor said everything looks OK so far and she will test me again in 6 months. However, the IGF1 I cannot locate on these tests. It has either not come in after waiting 3 weeks or it is on these tests and I do not know what I am looking for. Can you (1) review the tests for the IGF1 and (2) give me your take on my results that you see. Thank you and thank you for caring enough to follow up. That is refreshing.

Brief Answer:
Tests

Detailed Answer:
Of the tests I recommended, only CBC , TSH, Free T4 and HbA1c have been done.

The HbA1c suggests you likely have Diabetes

The other tests are important. I hope you can get them done:

Calcium
Electrolytes (Sodium and Potassium in particular)
Liver function tests (SGOT , SGPT, Albumin, Bilirubin, Alkaline Phosphatase)
Kidney function tests (BUN, Creatinine)
IGF1 (Insulin like Growth Factor 1) 12 hour Fasting Lipid profile
Urine albumin to Creatinine Ratio (early sign of diabetes affecting the kidney)
25 hydroxy Vitamin D levels (ideal range 40 to 60 ng/ml = 100 to 150 nmol/liter)
