Brief Answer: ST elevation, low voltage, long QT interval is seen. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXXX Thanks for writing to HCM It is important to know detail clinical history of the patient and reason for visiting the hospital. ST elevation,Low voltage and long QT interval can be interpreted from the ECG stripe. ST elevation may be due to acute cardiac ischemia. Low voltage ECG may be due to many factors like Obesity,COPD,pericardial effusion, severe hypothyroidism, massive myocardial damage/infarction etc.so,all the factors should be considered. Also, prolonged Q-T interval may be genetic or may be due to various drugs like certain antibiotics, antidepressants, antihistamines, diuretics, heart medications, cholesterol-lowering drugs, diabetes medications, some antifungal and antipsychotic drugs. Prolonged Q-T interval may be asymptomatic or it may cause various complications like arrhythmia,so it should be properly evaluated. Get well soon. Hope I have answered your question. Brief Answer: Please find detail answer below. Detailed Answer: Hello XXXX Thanks for writing back Considering no history of chest pain,no medications, mentioned findings can be considered as normal variant. Mild ST elevation is seen in few anterior leads and in absence of chest pain,it can be ignored. You also don't have diabetes mellitus,so silent ischemia is excluded. Low voltage and prolong QR interval can also be considered benign in absence of any clinical findings. . Hope I have answered your question. Further queries are most welcome.
