Brief Answer:
Still it is high.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM.

I have gone through your query. BP of 150/ 115 is still high blood pressure. Your blood pressure should be kept within 140/90. Other wise chance of target organ damage is high.
What medications you are taking now for blood pressure. ?
I would suggest at least 2 medications in this case. Angiotensin receptor blocker like olmesartan and diuretic like hydrochlorthiazide will be helpful to control your blood pressure. You should have a follow up with your physician to adjust the dosage for properly maintaining your blood pressure.
Decrease your salt intake and have proper sleep daily. Lipid profile and blood sugar levels also should be checked. If those are high then also blood pressure can remain high.

Let me know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
