Brief Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, an absolute lymphocyte count is normal up to 3500

Detailed Answer:
Hi, welcome to HCM, an absolute lymphocyte count is normal up to 3500--slightly raised in your case. Commonly happens due to a viral infection.
Ketones in urine--trace. Normally ketones are produced when alternate sources of energy are utilised like from stored fats. This can happen in Diabetes, starvation, after intense exercise or sometimes it is falsely positive due to some reagents during testing process. In your case either you have exercised hard before the test or it is falsely positive. Please repeat the test after a week. If still positive, further tests may be indicated.
Amorphous sediments means crystals like urates, phosphates etc. If they are too many you are likely to have kidney stones--regards

No, repeat your urine examination again and if it still shows ketone positive, then seek professional help
