Brief Answer:
This gene type is not working, you may require a gene therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic, I really appreciate your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached with your question which is suggestive of genotype UDP1A1*28/*28.

UDP1A1 gene regulates glucuronidation of unconjugated bilirubin in the liver, which express it's activity by inducing UDP glucoronyltransferase enzyme.

In your case gene variant is quite different from normal expression, that is not working properly so unconjugated bilirubin increases in the blood.

Here, I would advise you to complete abstinence of smoking and alcohol and book and appointment as per your convenience to a gastroenterologist/hepatologist for gene therapy and further advanced treatment.

Hope I answered your question.
Best wishes
