Brief Answer:
No serious problems in the xray. Please send old xray.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Hope your son is doing well now.

The xray enclosed does not show any obvious active infection. However it will be better if you can send me the old xray so that I can compare and give a comprehensive opinion.

Waiting to hear from your end.

Regards,

Attaching the prvious report for your refernce..the first two lines in this report i was worried about..it suggests convexity in left pulmonary bay and suggests ct or echo cardiography..echocardiography was done when he was 1 month old and it was all normal so docotrs said u dont need to worry..can u give me a report after comparing this attached report with current xray?

I have attached the previous X-ray too along with the report..you can make out easily as old one is clicked from the X-ray film along with report and new one is a X-ray report clicked from the computer screen..I would like to additionally tell u that I consulted another radiologist and they say it's cardiothymic complex and not a adenopathy..what are your views ??

Brief Answer:
It does not look like lymph nodes or hear related

Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
Thanks for writing back with an update.

I find only a single xray uploaded (the old one) and there is no report attached.

Any ways it looks like your son has made a recovery.

I have replied to your query last month also and had felt that the convexity in left pulmonary bay is not always abnormal and it can be seen due to rotation and thymic shadow.

In my opinion is is less likely related to heart or lymphnodes.

If your son is normal since birth and had cold last month then I dont think you should worry about the pulmonary bay configuration.

Babies who have any heart and associated problems fall ill frequently, have symptoms like turning blue lips after crying, have malnutrition and low weight. Your son does not have any of these problems.

The most important thing is echocardiography was done when boy was 1 month and report was normal.

Please let me know if have any more doubts.
