Brief Answer:
Karyotyping advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
There is nothing to worry as it is common to have raised levels of bHCG in IVF conceived pregnacies.
All in all since the range of cut off is within normal limits and you are very young in age so nothing to worry in my opinion.
But since you have previous history of trisomy 21 at least you should get a karyotyping of yourself and your partner.
In case you have other questions, I will be glad to answer.

hello mam,
u have mentioned that raised levels of fb hcg is commom in ivf pregnancies but i did not get conceive through ivf.i got married on 25th march,2015 and my lmp was on 23 rd march,2015and i confirmed my pregnancy on 6 th may,2015.is anyway chicken pox which i got on 19 th march,2015 connected to my current pregnancy?
is that the reason for raised fb hcg? when i googled most of them mentioned that fb hcg should be less than 1 mom but mine is 8.99 mom(very high).high fb hcg should be one of the reasons for downs?what is kryotyping?should i go for amnio or cvs?there is no birth defects in my family.everyone yields a healthy baby.

Brief Answer:
Repeat test after 3-4 weeks
Detailed Answer:
I just realized that you have mentioned report just like that and and thus got a mixed impression that it was your previous obstetric history.
So according to your profile bHCG levels are definitely raised.
But since the other risk parameters are normal and the test was done at 14 weeks which is an early gestation to get this test.
So now plan of action in your case is repeat the test after 3-4 weeks from now (and no need to get karyotyping).
I hope by then the levels will normalize or may fall in risk category and thus warranting further evaluation.
Right now nothing active needs to be done as nuchal thickness is normal which is the main parameter at this gestation.
All the best.
