Question: Had ankle surgery on two fracture on 3-9-2015, then around 3-16-2015 starting experiencing difficulty swallowing, breathing . Had cast removed on 3-23-2015 trouble sleeping been sleeping maybe 3 hours been having chest pain on right not severe, when start to dose off get awaken by gasping feeling in throat. Having swelling on my left side of ankle have to keep ankle up and just started walking with ankle brace, lately my tooth been extremely swollen . Also when I eat feel something stuck n my throat severe throat dryness so constantly taking cough drops and when I eat feel cant catch breath til after I make myself belch feel better with breathing again but sometimes takes a while. Its been hard to sleep with this feeling gasp for breath like something caught in my throat . Had barium swallow test they say nothing wrong with it. Been taking "Nexium" to see if helps my reflux in something the ENT doctor told to have plus she said had slight inflammation but she never gave me anything. Horrible doctor Don't think Nexium is ever been the solution cause hasn't resolved my issue.
Need a doctor that can pinpoint reason having this condition. Is there a specialist of all the fields in one that could see ? Live in Queens, NY 11434

Could be feels mucusy in throat area and consistently try to spit out
Tonight when woke up felt like something popped like on right side of throat It's getting aggravating no one telling what it is
3-20-2015 went to hospital they did catscan and X-ray of chest and throat nothing came up they claim. Can I email you the 8 pages the ER

Tonight felt like some little bubble busted on right of throat

Before surgery was having a post nasal drip but now my sinuses don't feel like before the surgery
Something effected during tube in throat or something else even though my X-rays don't say anything. Don't understand if ENT said have inflammation why she didn't give me anything but all she did was order a catscan

To see about my problems what do you suggest tests should he done to analyze my condition further

Went to see ENT doctor this Wednesday and he saw my barium swallow test done and my catscan saying nothing stuck in my esophagus norhing showing up wrong w esophagus doctor tells

Symptoms feeling now :
1.swallowing discomfort seems to tighten whenever I eat or drink anything
2. Chest pain
3. Right arm pain

But seems like I have Esophageal Spasm
But ENT gave me Nose saline spray and a med
Called "Fluticadone propionate nasal spray 50mcg

Ent did the endoscopy to see thru nose and throat
But he says nothing or saw no signs of reflux

Don't know what to do anymore this discomfort

Was taking for my ankle infection antiobiotics
Called "Cephalexin 500 mg " 4 times a day
Stopped today since got diarrhea given to me by orthopedic

Was trying to fax you hospital lab reports but try from my iPhone and dint know how to shrink

Pls advise if you can refer to me a great specialist that is knowledgeable like yourself

Feeling horrible I am diabetic and have skin infection too my leg scrapping with my Ankle brace

Doctor to change Flonase generic given to me
Fluticasone Prop 50 Mcg Spray but woke up tonight like something in back of my throat pain
Like if had a cancer sore under my tongue

Told ENT doctor to change Flonase to something else like a muscle relaxer pill that can control my esophagus spasm pain plus have Arm pain
I hate feeling like this

Going to call in doctor for house call that see me at home cause not feeling 100% it's possible to have strep throat my entire bronchial chest area hurting due to spasm pain

Went to ER cause was having severe chest pains
Have to see next Gastro doctor get endoscopy might be having an ulcer which caused my chest pains no heart problems revealed in catscan , X-rays done they gave me pepcid and Maalox that relieved
But feeling excessive throat dryness still and mucuousy while slept last night woke up trying to bite my tongue and hear bubbling to the right in chest area feels like acid

Went to Emergency in hospital this past Saturday into Sunday they gave me Famotidine 40mg meds to take and taking generic for Maalox.
They say could be stomach Ulcer was having chest pains have to see Gastro doctor

The only thing they gave me Famotidine 40mg
Makes me feel light headed shortness of breaths scared to take already short of breath

Mucuousy throat is so bothers should I take
Famotidine 40mg or Nexium 40mg
Not sure Nexium can get rid of mucuos quick enough from throat

What do you suggest
