What Do Sores With White Centere Indicate?

Question: My son has these sores that look like a zit, but have these hard white seed like things inside. When they are picked, they leave a hole, and then turn into a nasty sore as they heal. The gets them periodically and has been to a few doctors and no one can pin point what they are.

Please help??

1. Is there any discharge from Umbilicus(Belly button)?
2. Is there any associated itching
3. Is there redness of skin?
4. Is there any involvement of other area of body?

It would be very helpful if you could provide me with the details. Also providing clinical photograph of the lesion will be very much helpful.

He has no discharge from his belly button. He does itch the sores after they have been picked. I have a difficult time getting him to leave them alone to heal.
I started rubbing medicated body powder on the areas and it seems to help.
They are on his arms, belly, and thighs.

Possibly Scabies

Thanks for the photograph. There are multiple papules seen and there are two big boils seen. It appears to be more likely Scabies. Lesion involving the arms , belly and thighs with such a morphology i would strongly consider the possibilty of Scabies. Other differential diagnosis could be sweat boils. Excessive sewating may block the pores and cause such lesion.
