Brief Answer: elevated level could mean Ischemic heart disease Detailed Answer: Namasthe Welcome to Healthcare-Magic Greetings of the day CPK or Creatinine phosphokinase is a non specific enzyme. If the iso enzyme CPK MB is elevated it's a marker for Ischemic heart disease. It could also be elevated in various myopathy and myositis. U would suggest you to consult Your Physician/Cardiologist if the levels are elevated since you have history of Ischemic heart disease.
