Brief Answer:
Apply antibacterial cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Dont worry it is just a superficial ulceration.
Apply an antibacterial cream like mupirocine twice a day.
You will get good relief in a week.
If condition worsens, oral antibiotics might be required.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
