Brief Answer:
Could be some hematological problem; needs further workup at hospital

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them as well as the image. There could be two probable causes. First possibility could be some hematological problem which needs further workup.
Second, they seem to be metabolized blood accumulation beneath skin. This could be because of trauma to that particular area resulting in blood accumulation beneath skin which later on metabolized giving different colors. Chances are unlikely for this because they are multiple in number and not present on a particular area.

Suggestion:
I would suggest you to ask her to pay a visit to hospital and get an appointment for a medical specialist or hematologist. Either one of them will examine these areas and will order some investigations like complete blood count(CBC) with ESR, peripheral film, etc which will help to specify the condition. Treatment will start on the basis of results. Meanwhile i would suggest:
- ibuprofen for pain
- warm compression over the site of lesion. It will give soothing effect.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you both good health !!
