Brief Answer:
There is no aortic aneurysm mentioned in the report

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1.I am a radiologist with more than ten years experience and do ultrasound scans regularly. I wish to help you with your query.

2. Your ultrasound scan abdomen and pelvis shows that the liver, gall bladder, kidneys, pancreas, spleen, urinary bladder and prostate are normal.

3. In thin people, the abdominal aorta pulsation can be felt over the abdominal wall. There is no mention of any enlargement of the abdominal aorta in the report. Aortic aneurysm would have been detected in the scan if it was there. Therefore an aortic aneurysm is ruled out from this report. However, if you still have a doubt then please go to the ultrasound scan center and request the radiologist for a review scan and request them to screen through your abdominal aorta and confirm that there is no aneurysm. They will surely oblige.

Hope your query is answered.
Please do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
