Question: 33 year male disgnosed with 5mm ureteric calculi within 6 days of policy inception.kindly review all the documents and guide us how many days must have required to form this calculi.

As an Urologist,i can understand your concern.

There's no fixed way to calculate, time taken for a particular stone size.
A 5mm stone is a small sized one,hence could've developed in a short time.

It's really difficult to comment on the time frame for stone formation.
A stone metabolic testing,can give a clue,about chance for stone recurrence.
