What Do My Lab Test Reports Indicate?

Question: do I need to start thyroid medicine and what would be the quantity .please check my reports.There are no symptoms and in past I never had TB..

I went to gyna for fertility treatment so she asked me to perform these tests

hi! thyroid does not seem to be a problem in this report.
But as u mentioned u r seeing a gynec for infertility, so there is a high prolactin in this report. you might need MRI brain with contrast for pituitary to rule out any mass. also you have done only TSH, we need your FT4 as well to confirm normal thyroid.
