Brief Answer:
Small tumor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for following up.

This is a small tumor. Possibility of cancer cells remaining is very small but not zero. So further treatment is definitely required. Radiotherapy to the rest of the breast is mandatory as whole breast has not been removed, which is fine.

Regarding chemo and/or hormonal therapy, we need to the receptor profile test on the biopsy, to see if it is hormone responsive or her2 positive. I am sure her doc has asked for ER PRand HER2 tests. Please get back to me with these so that I can guide you further.

Hope this helps.
Regards
