You should continue with the same dose

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome to health care magic, I have gone through your question and reports you have attached with it very diligently and I really appreciate your concern.

in my opinion you should continue with same doses 50mcg, frequent changes in dose is not advisable as you are taking it since 6 years, However if you can write back to me with these details so that I will be able to guide you better
Your weight ?
is it constant or you are gaining weight
any other relevant medical history like diabetes or if you are taking any medicine other than thyronorm?

just fyi- when i started off first, i was prescribed 100mcg. came down to 75mcg and 60mcg since numbers were showing stabiity. I have been taking 50mcg since last April.

My weight is 59 kgs, which is over-weight for my height 150cms. but it was much worse, i came down from 68kgs couple of years ago to 59 now.

I went for TSH test more cause of concern with my sleep. last couple of weeks- I have been having problems catchin up with sleep, almost consistently, and that's impacting my day to day functionality. I'm also sweating more often. So I remembered a gynec telling me a few months ago it could be dosage of thyronorm......so was wondering if I should make any change to thyronorm dosage given what numbers are showing & symptoms i am experiencing. Hope that helps your decision making. Thanks!

No other medical condition. no other medicines than a calcium n multi vit supplement. Thanks!

Detailed Answer:
Hello
welcome again and thanks for all the details
Your symptoms might be related to high doses of thyronorm, I would advise you to consult your treating doctor before reducing doses on your own.
continue taking multivitamin and calcium supplements
you should do yoga, meditation and relaxation exercises for sound sleep.

Hope I could answer your question, please do let me know if you have any more queries.

I will but now that I'm going to be out on a bizarre trip for couple of weeks, I hope it's not too risky to try reduced thyronorm-37.5 Mcgraw for couple of weeks now see if it helps improve my symptoms? Resume 50 if I don't see any change? Thnx!
