Brief Answer:
YES - of course

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic, I have gone through your query and reviewed the reports as well..

Any obstruction 70 % or more needs intervention [There are 3 of them here]

It is a mechanical obstruction and needs mechanical relief..

Dilatation and stent is an option in some… but is notorious for recurrence of the problem in most diabetic people. Bypass is the ideal approach in this situation. So I'd advice to go ahead.

You are in good hands…

Good luck
God bless you

Thanks sir for your guidance , I just found over Internet on minimal invasive bybass surgery whether that is feasible in this case and how effective it is compared to conventional open heart surgery ?

Also can you please suggest some good cardiac surgeon in XXXXXXX ?

Brief Answer:
I shall suggest conventional surgery

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM

Minimally Invasive Surgery is equally effective; may be feasible, but routine conventional open surgery is here preferable because of the comorbidity (Diabetes) and distribution of the block…
There are several hospitals in XXXXXXX .. and your cardiologist will be able to guide you better….. XXXXXXX Hridayalaya is well known
