Brief Answer:
No need to do test

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear thanks for trusting health care magic.
This delay in periods is due to isotretinoin intake and will come by its own.
In case you didn't have any sexual experience after your periods in may then no need to do pregnancy test.
All the best.

hey, thanx for replying....
i did not indulge in any kind of sexual activity after 12th may.. and also my periods went on quite usual, almost 6-7 days with heavy bleeding...

But now der s no sign of any menstruation... my vagina remains completely dry throughout the day, which is unusual..

Tell me if there is any slightest chance of pregnancy in such situation???
i'v stopped taking the pills since 3-4 days, so when can i xpect my periods??
and whether eating papaya and having ginger tea might help in inviting my periods??

Brief Answer:
No risk of pregnancy

Detailed Answer:
There is no risk of pregnancy and this is just a casual delay.
Ginger tea and papaya are told to cause abortion but the data supporting it is very much controversial.
In general just wait for your periods and don't feel anxious.
Take care

earlier, I used to have cramps 1-2 days prior to my periods.... now der is none

in general cases, about how much delay is caused by isotretinoin..
Also tell me a way, so that if in future I have a query I can choose to have it answered by you only..

Also I'm overwhelmed by your response..
Thanx for helping out

Brief Answer:
Wait for another week

Detailed Answer:
Thank you dear.
I completely understand your situation and fear related to the same.
Firstly there is no risk of pregnancy even if you were not taking isotretinoin as you had sexual activity outside the fertile period.
Isotretinoin related delay is usually 10-15 days maximum so just wait for a couple of days and you will get your periods on their own.
