Brief Answer:
Respiratory tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

From the history you have provided it looks like you are suffering from a respiratory tract infection . Here is how you should go about it

1. Fever with chills most often suggests a bacterial infection. I start antibiotics early in such patients, I usually start tab levoflox 500 once a day
2. Tab acetaminophen can be taken three times a day for fever, it will reduce chills and headache as well
3. Tab levocetrizine reduces cough. It has to be taken twice a day
4. avoid cold food and beverages
5. keep yourself warm at all times
6. avoid smoking

I suggest you to visit a GP for general examination, complete blood count and chest x Ray

I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me

Regards
