Question: Hello, I recently had an infection in my glands on the right side of my jaw. Now, I have a lingering burning, stinging feeling that flares up when I lie down.

I don't have the name of the cream. No difficulties of any kind. Yes I had an infection in the same area before the symptom started

Hi,

Lingering pain which only comes up when you lie down doesn't point to something specific. I will want to believe that these are transient and probably in relation to the past infections but doesn't suggest an ongoing infection or a concerning situation at this time.

I will say, monitor only. If pains persist, take 1000mg of tylenol for relief.
