Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms are typical for Acid reflux disease (GERD) which is characterized with heartburn, burping and palpitations.

Since your ecg, blood test and imageric (x-ray ultrasound) examinations were normal your symptoms should be related to an aggravation by anxiety of GERD.

In order to completely relieve your anxiety I would suggest to be scheduled for:
- Cardiac echo
- Stress test
- Holter monitoring
- Upper endoscopy

These examiantions will definitely exclude cardiac issues and will confirm the diagnosis of GERD.

Hope this will be of help!
Wish you health!
