What Do Blisters On The Penis Shaft Suggest?

Question: Have some growths / blisters in the middle of my shaft that appeared a couple days after unprotected sex ... Started out as chafing and gradually became what they are now kind of flat looking fluid filled but I don't know if there is fluid or not ... Been about two weeks ... Have another growth on my foreskin had it for about 2 years ... Been to a few doctors they don't know what it is ... Got fed up and tried to freeze it off with wart remover a couple days in a row this week ... It's turned white and I don't know if I made it worse or not ....

Just sent pics of the blisters or whatever on the upper middle of my shaft had the other growth so long it's obviously not herpes ... Pretty much what I'm worried about here ... Started out as chafing kinda had a scab or two on the area and now has come to what it looks like now ... No pain kinda had itching in the groin area no trouble urinating ... Had a bacteria infection on my scrotum a few weeks back but this came up after having unprotected sex with a girl that I probably should of used a condom with ... All pics magnified x70 on magnify app in dif kinds of light

Hi.

I recieved only 1 Image (in multiple copies) and unfortunately, it is not very clear. I request you to upload a few other clear Images.
However, from whatever I can see in this image I can make out that this is certainly not genital herpes as I could not see any erosions. I can faintly make out skin colored bumps and they are minimally raised.
I would like to rule out other possible STD's like Hpv infection and Genital Molluscum. For that I would require clear and focused Images in good light.
