hi there,

my name is XXXXXXX my hight is 162cm and my weight is 45. i am very under weight i really need to gain about ten kls in a month can you tell me what food i should eat or what i can take something were i can gain weight fast i can feel my bones all over my body and it makes me sick i reallly need to gain weight fast please can you help me

The problem with the weight could be due to poor eating habits, an overactive thyroid disorder and in some cases it may be passed on in some families as well. Now, to make you gain weight, there are several things that need consideration. Please answer the following questions so that I can help you better:
a. Can you give me an idea of what all you eat during the whole day?
b. Can you share your thyroid reports? what treatment are you receiving for this?
c. What about your family? Do they have a normal weight?
d. Do you feel upset/anxious/low all the time?

I'm been stressed crying every day my family have under active thyroids my grandma has a over active one though could u tell me any medication I can take to gain weight quick and foods to gain weight quick I can feel all my bones over my whole body and it makes me sick I need to put on weight I don't have my records for my thyroid but please can u help me I'm getting more depressed every day with my body I need to gain weight quick please tell me of medications I can take and food to eat please I need to gain 10kls in no more than toe months please I'm asking help

There is no medication that can make you gain weight. But getting medical help for your over active thyroid and depression can definitely help you gain weight. These things can make you lose weight despite the best diets. However, there are certain modifications in your diet which you should be following:
a. Take a high protein diet. Take plenty of chicken, fish, soya milk and eggs. Also, beans and lentils is something you should be having almost everyday
b. Calcium XXXXXXX foods like milk, yoghurt, cottage cheese will also help.This needs to be included on a regular basis
c. Also, avoid junk food and do some muscle strengthening exercises.
d. Eat regular meals every 3-4 hours. Use spreads like peanut butter for your breads.
e. Eat portions of high calorie fruits like pineapple, banana, avocado and mangoes. You can include them in a milkshake as well
f. Plenty of nuts and dry fruits should also help
