Brief Answer: Sedentary life style, hypocalcaemia. Diet, exercis Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for using XXXXXXX I went through the query and under stood your concern. The query just appeared now so I like to answer it.There might have been some technical problem for the delay. Feeling spasm in organs is commonly due to sedentary life style where in the muscles have not been used regularly and the other causes are like hypocalcaemia (low calcium level in body) and dehydration. Physical exercise, yoga, meditation and other alternative medicine practices have been beneficial to some people. You may include them as treatment options along with the calcium supplements with plenty of water. Apart from these the spasms in the abdomen may be due to indigestion or Irritable bowel syndrome which can be treated by have food at regular timings, high fiber diet. After trying all these if you still feel like spasms I advice you to get checked for your serum electrolyte levels once and general physical examination from your doctor just to rule out any problem. Hope this explanation helps you. Feel free to ask if any related query and I will be happy to help you. Regards
