Brief Answer:
Further investigations are advised...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The yellowish discharge you are having with no odor, no itching, no pain is indicative for possible bacterial infection of your genitalia.

Vaginal swab testing is advised together with urine analysis and transvaginal ultrasound to evaluate your current situation further before deciding for the best treatment option.

I also advise to :
- keep a good hygiene of your genitalia
- avoid sexual intercourse until improvement

If nothing will be found in the examinations, then, most probably it is due to hormonal changes at your age (peri/menopause).

Hope it helped!
