What Causes Whole Body Itching During Pregnancy While On Udiliv And Atarax?
Question: Hi, I am 24 weeks pregnant and have lot of itching all over my body since last two months. i have conceived through IVF and was on lot of hormone medication for first three months because of which my liver enzymes such as alkaline phosphate, SGPT and SOPt has increased. My Doctor stopped all my medication for two weeks and put me on Udiliv 300 mg and atarax 10 mg. it has helped a lot in reducing my itching. once my itching got stopped my doctor started my medication such as calcium, iron , folstart and limcee tablets after leaving udiliv tablet for few days it starts itching again. Now, its like if dont eat udiliv tablet then it starts itching all over body again. I am worried for baby whether the udiliv tablet will cause any effect on baby? For how long i can take this udiliv tablet during pregnancy? Is my treatment going in correct direction.
