Question: I have noticed some white spots on neck back.

I have gone through your query and photograph uploaded by you.
Is there any sensation loss (touch and temperature )?
Clinical it looks like hansens's disease.
In this there is loss of sensation occurs as well as there is enlargement of peripheral nerves occurs.
Confirmation of disease can be done by clinical examination and dermatopathology.
Other differential can be seborrheic dermatitis and polymorphic light eruption.
