I have seen the attached pictures . You seem to have developed sebaceous cysts over the scrotum. I would like to tell you that this skin condition is quite common in males and is quite a harmles one. These lesions tend to develop from the normal glands present in this area. These cysts can be left as such also in case they do not cause any problem.
