Brief Answer:
Sebaceous cysts and prostate infection

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

You have 2 questions or concerns. The first is that you have noticed what looks like white bumps in your scrotum. These white lumps are very common and are called sebaceous cysts. They are completely benign and not abnormal. We do not do anything with those lumps. You can completely ignore them as they will not cause you any problems

Your other problem though sounds like you have a prostate infection. This is when the prostate gland at the base of the bladder becomes infected. It can cause burning on urination along with difficulty starting stopping or leaking after urinating. You will need to see your medical provider and have a prostate exam along with a testing for STDs. You may need to be on antibiotics for 2-4 weeks before a prostate infection clears up.

In summary
1. Sebaceous cysts benign nothing to be worried about
2. Prostate infection
3. See doctor for testing or prostate and STDs
4. Start antibiotics for 2-4 weeks

I hope I answered your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns

Brief Answer:
Unable to write prescriptions

Detailed Answer:
I am sorry but we are not allowed to write any prescriptions for medications through this forum. You must see a doctor in your area to have any antibiotics prescribed. Since you are not sexually active then more than likely you have prostate infection and will need a long term antibiotic 2-4 weeks. So I recommend when you can that you see a doctor.

Sorry I can not offer any additional assistance
