Brief Answer:
Wash your face and eyes frequently with plain water

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

It seems that you are suffering from an eye infection which can be triggered by cold. Most often, it resolves on a simple solution. All you have to do is to frequently wash your face and eyes with plain water. A slightly warm temperature of the water is preferable. You can swab the eyes with cotton dipped in lukewarm water in outward direction from the inner angle. If that does not help, you can use some antibiotic drops like Ciprofloxacin 1 drop in the affected eye(s) 4-5 times a day.

Other than this, taking steam inhalation would help you in relieving cough. Also take cetirizine tablet once daily for a few days.
