Question: Hello Doctor,

My father 59years of age, he was feeling weakness since last couple of weeks. We got some tests done based on Doctor's advise. I am attaching reports please can you advise what exactly is the problem. Is it something serious.

May I know if he has diabetes, high blood pressure, previous medical condition including renal disease.

In this context, if there is no other positive medical history, he should visit his physician / nephrologist and continue further evaluation.
