Question: i am 24 year old. when press the breasts then white water come. why any problem please tell me???

At your age of 24, with the history that you have given, the watery white discharge can be normal.
Cancer of the breast is not common at your age hence no worry about it.
The physiological changes in the breast can allow the secretion and expulsion of few drops of discharge from nipples on pressure.
Yet to be sure, that nothing is serious I would advise you the following:
Consult a General Surgeon for clinical evaluation, examination and ask for investigations if he/she feels so. These will be:
Ultrasonography and mammography.
If all these things are normal, there is nothing to worry about.
If some positive findings are found, you will need further evaluation and management.
So stop worrying at the moment till something serious is found.
