Brief Answer: Further tests advised... Detailed Answer: Hi, I have gone through your medical history and feel sorry for the bad health situation you are in. Having watery bowels after eating frozen shrimp is a sign of food poisoning. You are reporting that they came back a week later. At this point, if I was your caring doctor would ask to run: - stool culture for pathogenic bacteria/candida overgrowth - examination of stool for ova/parasites - abdominal ultrasound Depending on the tests results, specific treatment will be prescribed. Until the results are in, I advise to: - drink plenty of water and take otc ORS to prevent dehydration - take tasectan for diarrhea - start probiotics to normalize intestinal flora - have light meals (soups, yogurt, curd, etc.) Hope it helped! Do not hesitate to write me back if you have further questions! Dr.Klerida
