Brief Answer:
Check for refractory errors

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I understand your concerns but do not worry. These symptoms can be due to excessive strain on eyes while watching television. I would recommend you to restrict the television time for your kid as it's a bad learning tool and hampers their congnitive and developmental skills. Also, check him for refractory errors by visiting an optometrist or ophthalmologist. If present, it can be easily corrected by lenses.
