Hi,

Thanks for writing to HCM.

It can be allergy, but in that case it should be bilateral. For eye it appears to be, obstruction of nasolacrimal duct. Punctum dilatation and syringing may be done and repeated 3to4 times. If obstruction is cleared then running from eye will stop. Running nostril appears to be allergic. For it you may take levocetrizine 5mg tablet two times daily. If running from nostril continue then you may have to consult an ENT doctor.
