Brief Answer:
looks like gerd

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Welcome to HCM.

Your symptoms looks like that of GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease).

Its generally due to lax lower esophageal sphincter. This causes reflux of gastric acids from the stomach into the esophagus up to the throat.

For my patients with gerd i generally start them on a ppi tablet like pantaprazole or omeprazole along with a bowel motility enhancer like levosulpride.

These will reduce the gastric acid production and help in early evacuation of gastric contents thus preventing reflux.

Apart from this you need to adopt to a few lifestyle modifications like-
No tea, coffee, soft drinks.
No spicy foods.
No chocolates and fatty foods.
Eat 3/4 stomach full.
Don't lie down for two hours after food.
Put two pillows below your head while sleeping.

You can also get an endoscopy done to rule out an hiatus hernia which can sometimes be present with this.

Hope i have been helpful.

Brief Answer:
yes you can take soyabean

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Pantaprazole is 40 mg, levosulpride is 25 mg.

These are available in combination drugs at the pharmacy store. You can easily get them there.

You need to take it on empty stomach, one hour before your soyabeans.

Initially you may take it twice a day for two weeks then if your symptoms are controlled then you may make it once daily in the morning.
