What Causes Vomiting, Severe Abdominal Pain And Constipation?
Question: on 26 XXXXXXX i started throwing up and diarrhoea with pain.
on 27 XXXXXXX i just had nausea. i didnt go to the toilet for a poop until 2 feb. on 2 Feb i hade severe abdomen pains, alot of foul smelling gas and about 10 urgent toilet trips where more gas came and only some poop in diarrhea form. its now 4 feb at night and still same.
the poop is also a funny colour. Apologies in advance for the pic.

I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. have you used any medication during these time like lope raid or other anti diarrhoea drugs?
Do you have fever?
Is your situation related with any meal used on 26th ja unary?
have you seen blood on your stools
2.From what you have described and I saw on pics it seems to be related with:
- gastrointestinal infection (bacterial or viral)
3.Meantime I suggest to:
-take plenty of water
-use probiotics
-use antibiotics like metronidazole and ciprofloxacine for 1 week.Please discuss with your physician.
-use ant spasmodic drugs like Nospa
-avoid fatty and sugar foods.
If the symptoms persist after a couple of days than you should do:
-fecal culture test(C . difficile infection)
-blood work
