Brief Answer:
Not a symptoms of dementia

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Vomiting could be due to gastritis or food indigestion. It is not related to dementia. Sleep disturbances due to dementia, if any could also cause it. When she wakes up, it should not be a problem.
2. Give her less spicy food and in small quantities.
3. If still vomiting persists, Domperidone medication, half an hour before food can be given. Avoid excessive fluids, so as not to over load stomach. Give it as usual in normal quantities.

Not to worry.

Hope it helps.
