Brief Answer:
Should take medicines

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

From your previous queries it is apparent that you are pregnant. Vomiting in pregnancy is natural and is more during first pregnancy.

I would suggest the following:
- Take smaller regular meals. Hunger induces vomiting. So make sure you are not hungry. Eat something hearty first thing in morning like home made cake, cookies, etc. Resting and sleeping also induce vomiting while waking up. Take the food that you like and avoid the ones that you do not. Foods like papaya and flax seeds are considered emetogenic so avoid these.
- Doxylamine + pyridoxine is usually prescribed for pregnancy induced vomiting and is safe. You can get a prescription for this medicine from your doctor. 1-2 pills are preferably taken before sleeping. It will take care of morning sickness. If you feel sick during the day as well, then this medicine can be taken upto 3 times a day.
- Ondansetron is a stronger antiemetic and is also safe during pregnancy.

In case these simple measures do not control the vomiting then you will need to consult your gynecologist.

Hope it helps.
