Brief Answer:
You can take IV fluids with phenergan in it

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing..
I understand your problem..

Dont worry.. Since you have excessive vomiting, get a urine ketone bodies test done.. Presence of ketone bodies in urine further increases vomiting.. You can take IV fluids with phenergan in it.. Multivitamin infusion along with it decreases the vomiting tendency.. IV fluids should be continued till ketone bodies become negative.. This treatment can be taken as outpatient or you can get admitted if you are really sick..

Once you are discharged, take small amount of food at 2hrly interval.. Avoid heavy meals or long hours of fasting.. Dont force in food.. Eat what you like at regular interval.. These symptoms will subside after 12 weeks..

I would suggest a diet chart as follows..
1)Soon after brushing - 2 plain arrow root biscuits with little tea.
2) Breakfast 8.am- whatever is your diet in small numbers like 2 idli with chutney..
3) 10.30 am- 1 fruit with a glass of juice.
4)12.30 pm- 1 cup of rice with lots of vegetables
5)2.30 pm- 1 cup of curd (not cold)
Rest for 2 hrs.
4) 4.30pm-1 egg+ 1 glass milk( protein powder of your choice can be added to it
5)6.30 pm- 1-2 fruit of your choice
6) 8.30pm- dinner- 2 chappathi with curry.. fish can be included if you like.
7)10.30pm- 1 glass of milk

This diet can be altered according to your taste.. Take emeset 4mg along with it twice daily under the prescription of your doctor..

Involve in activities you like most to stop thinking of nausea.. In a matter of 1 month your symptoms will subside and you can write your exam.. So dont worry..

I didn't get the attached report.. Please can you attach it again..

Hope i have answered your query.. feel free to ask any doubts.. Good day..
